*To confirm your booking, you need to pay the deposit. This is a part of the total amount of your rental.

*non-refundable

Minimum rental days: 4 - 7 days

Booking deposit: By card/bank transfer. 

Remaining amount: Cash or Card. ( You can pay by card anytime before your booking )

• NOTE* not all cards work in Japan. So cash/bank transfer is preferred incase the card declines. 
• For customers who have less than 2 days in their rental starting date. The full amount has to be paid.
• 3.25-3.75%  card commission fee when paying by card. 
• Payment can not be made after the rental start date. 

Pick & drop location is our showrooms in different prefectures.  

Tokyo : Narita City - Odake

Fukuoka: Fukuoka Prefecture - Iizuka City 

Osaka Branch: Osaka, Kaizuka .

• Tokyo: Closest station: Shimosa Manzaki. 
• Fukuoka: Free pick up from Chikuzen Daibu station ( if driver is available )
• Osaka: Izumi Hashimoto station

You can pick up the car in the morning 9:30 AM and drop it off before closing time ( 5:30 PM)

In case your flight time is outside our hours, please do let us know. 

Office timing: 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Cancellation terms:

60 days before:  No charge

30-59 days: 30% charged

15-29 days: 50% charged

0-14 days: 100% charged
